Bit strange, I got three gifts of which I then applied gifted upgrades to the gifted ship. But it worked out in the end and emails were sent nearly instantly.

Apollo Triage - Standalone Ship

Important Information:
- To claim the RSI Apollo Triage, you must have a RobertSpaceIndustries.com account.
- Access to Star Citizen (the game) requires a game package.
- All orders will be sent to the email you input when you check out.
- You will receive an email titled "Someone sent you a gift from Roberts Space Industries" from no-reply@robertsspaceindustries.com.
- Open the email and click the blue "claim gift" button to claim your order.
- If you want your order to end up in an account not attached to the provided email, log onto the correct RSI account in a separate tab before claiming the item (refresh the RSI page to ensure you're on the correct account).
- If buying as a gift, right-click the blue "claim gift" button and copy the link address (make sure you're logged out of your RSI account to avoid accidentally claiming it).
- All items can only be claimed once before they're bound to the account.
- Ensure you're logged into the correct account.
Standalone Ship Explanation:
Standalone ships are created by upgrading a cheaper ship to the item listed here. They function in-game the same as if you bought the ship from RSI (it's yours forever). The only difference from an RSI-purchased ship is that standalone ships come with different hangar flair and hangar. Please note: upon clicking the claim gift button, you may see a different ship from what you purchased, but rest assured the correct ship will be in your hangar.
