How does it work?

To receive an offer, we ask that you go to the hangar page of the RSI website fill out a spreadsheet in excel or google sheets with the following columns:

• Item Name - This is the light blue name at the top of the item such as "Upgrade - Odyssey to Nautilus Standard Edition" or "Standalone Ship - Fury".
• Insurance - This is the insurance that may be attached to your item. To find it, press the arrow on the right side of the item to expand it and find the highest level of insurance.
• Giftable - This column is asking if the item is giftable or not. You can tell if it's giftable by the appearance of the gift button when you expand the item. If you've bought an item from a 3rd party, it's likely not giftable!
• Melt Value - This is is the store credit value of the item. To determine this, click the exchange button on the item that appears when you expand the item and note down the amount. Remember to exit out and do not enter your password or you might accidently melt your item. If the exchange button doesn't exist, then your item doesn't have a melt value.

Once you have your sheet in order, please email it to us at Support@Starlti.com with the title of "SC Account Sale - Your Account handle here" . Once we have received your email we will thoroughly evaluate your account and send you back an offer within 24 hours. 

If you accept our offer, we will email you instructions on how to proceed and then we will instantly send you your payment via PayPal.
