Refund Policy

Cloud Imperium Game’s  (CIG) gifting policy only allows an item to be sent once from one account to another before it’s locked onto the buyer’s account. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or refunds for any reason unless we are certain that the item remains in our account and we are successfully able to cancel the gift. 

 

As stated above, once you click the link to claim a ship, it permanently leaves our inventory and we cannot fix any problems associated with your account or accepting the gift. Of course we are more than happy to point you in the right direction to where you can find assistance for any issues that arise.

 

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including any price changes coming from CIG. We try our best to get you the cheapest prices and thus we cannot afford to absorb the loss from sudden price increases. Please do not try to buy as soon as the price changes as we will just have to refund you. 

 

In the event that we are not able to deliver your item, we may try to contact the buyer to get additional information to successfully deliver the item. If we still cannot deliver the item for any reason, we will refund the order after we confirm that any gift link has been canceled and we still have the item in our account.  

 

Please note that if you request to cancel the order, we will charge a 5% restocking fee to cover the transaction fees that do not get refunded. Of course, if we initiate the refund, we will cover this restocking fee.



Starlti.com is not responsible for any mistakes that you may make during the purchase process. Any attempts of fraud will result in your Starlti.com Account, RSI Account, and PayPal Account being reported and banned for fraudulent activity using our proof of delivery systems, and will be reported to the proper authorities. We are a registered USA company and we will use the full power of the United States legal system to protect ourselves and our customers.
