Order received, albeit with a slight delay (20 days); customer support was good and responsive.
The order took a little while to be fulfilled (20 days for a Polaris), but the support team on Discord responded quickly. It's worth noting that the order is delivered via an in-game donation and often through a ship upgrade, which can sometimes be confusing when you receive a different ship than the one you ordered. Just check the item details in the package you received 👍🏻. Remember to verify that you have LTI (Lifetime Insurance) if you've placed an order.
