I was hesitant at first, because they're better priced than their competitors. However the reviews and the prospect of buyer protection from PayPal persuaded me. I'm very glad I went with them and the service on their Discord was extremely responsive. Took a little over 9 hours to get my purchase, but this was just due to time zone differences. All in all, a 5 star experience and will use again.

Was a bit scared using a third party site to get a ship in Star Citizen but my fears subsided when I received lots of communication and instructions from SLTI. In less than a day I was able to upgrade my ship to the EXACT one I wanted. One that is no longer available for purchase from SC by the way. Be sure to read all the FAQ and understand you will get a series of ship upgrades "gifts" that you must activate through the SC website step by step to get to the final ship you purchased. Other than that little complication it was smooth as silk. Great price. Great customer service and an excellent service all around.
