worst company i've ever dealt with would recommend everyone to stay away. ive been waiting over 5 days for a refund, with no communication because they never deliver the ship just full of empty promises and excuses after excuses. what a sad sack of a company having to do a paypal dispute now jokers

I ordered M2 to Hull D. Recived my order in 24 hours . My order came in 2 parts ,M2 to IronClad and Ironclad to Hull D. I didn't realize and had to use support on discord to get help , got an answer very quick and all was well , good to know you can get quick support when needed .

Anyway, got the ship upgrade for a good price that leaves me in total at the same sum I would have paid on the official site. And sevice was quick, too, arrived whithin an hour or so.
One word of advice: Don't be surprised when you buy one upgrade but receive several gifts. I got three in total, as the upgrade went step by step the final chassis.

I picked up a stand-alone C2 Hercules with LTI. Two hours after the deal was made, I completed the Walk-Thru and took possession of it in New Babbage. Great deal and at a competitive price! Nice service. Great store.
Surely, when you read this review, you might think I’m just a friend supporting a colleague. If you’ve gotten this far reading reviews because, like me, it’s your first time buying Star Citizen ships outside of RSI, and you’re unsure whether your money will actually get you what’s advertised, let me share my experience.
I bought a Vulture with LTI insurance for just under €150.
When I didn’t immediately receive an email to claim the ship, I got worried and went to read the FAQ (which I recommend you do — something I hadn’t done). Of course, we’re used to automated systems with instant replies.
But not here. Here, real people assist you — no AIs. And I happened to place the order at a time when, in my country (Spain), those people in the U.S. were sound asleep.
The email arrived five hours later. Not an automated email — a message from someone personally handling my order. And they sent me exactly what was promised.
What was promised? Actually, much more:
In addition to my shiny Vulture with LTI, the package included a Buccaneer ship, a paintjob for the Vulture, five additional 10-year insurances for other ships... Honestly, saying I’m satisfied doesn’t do justice to the level of service I received.
