Brilliant service I ordered around midnight uk time and got my ship within a few hours, if ever in doubt you can drop their staff a message in discord and they get right back to you 10/10 will use this site again in the future
Was a bit scared using a third party site to get a ship in Star Citizen but my fears subsided when I received lots of communication and instructions from SLTI. In less than a day I was able to upgrade my ship to the EXACT one I wanted. One that is no longer available for purchase from SC by the way. Be sure to read all the FAQ and understand you will get a series of ship upgrades "gifts" that you must activate through the SC website step by step to get to the final ship you purchased. Other than that little complication it was smooth as silk. Great price. Great customer service and an excellent service all around.
